For our Week 6 Assembly, we'll be singing 'Djinda Djinda' as our whole school song which is the Ngoongar version of 'Twinkle Twinkle' that you heard Rm 25 sing over the PA for their assembly during COVID-19. So excited to hear the school sing this together!

Any Frozen 2 Fans? - Violin, Cello and Piano

6/4/2020

So I've only watched Frozen 2 once, but I've listened to the soundtrack at least 8 times. If you've seen it, check out this awesome video of a group called 'Layers' which includes a violinist, cellist and pianist who play through the songs. It's so beautiful to hear the contrast between the violin and the cello. If you listen carefully, you may even notice a phantom drummer.

How to use the blog for distance learning

Hi everyone! I hope you're going well, washing your hands regularly and trying not to drive your parents insane ;)

I have started posting my lessons on this blog and will continue to do this into Term 2.

You will notice that in the top right column, there is a new tab called 'Learning from Home'. If you click on this, you will see a drop down menu. Click the year you're in and you will see the latest lessons by me. At the moment, if we have two lessons a week, I will put up two lessons a week. If we have one a week, I may put up one a week or I may feel extra generous :)

As we move into next term, I may change to putting activities up that you can choose from and ask that you do 10-15 minutes a day or set up specific lessons and tasks.

Feel free to comment under the specific lesson post if you have a question for me.

All the best and look forward to seeing you when I'm looking at you!

Much love,

Miss Tran xo
