So cool to have an extra week of holidays.... EVEN BETTER TO BE BACK AT SCHOOL WITH YOU!!! Year 4's, 5's and 6's, your MISSION for the first week is to create a COVER PAGE for your file. You can see the details by clicking the word MISSION at the top right corner of the page. This is due NEXT WEEK in WEEK 3. If you need help printing it, let me know. Until our next lesson, make sure you do your MISSION but also enjoy this Line Rider video to Beethoven's 5th Symphony. Our Music Count Us In Day is 4 November 2020 - Week 4, Thursday. Here's this year's song! Here's the making of the song: AUSLAN Version:For our Week 6 Assembly, we'll be singing 'Djinda Djinda' as our whole school song which is the Ngoongar version of 'Twinkle Twinkle' that you heard Rm 25 sing over the PA for their assembly during COVID-19. So excited to hear the school sing this together! LyricsHere is the information to revise for our next lesson when we do the Moderation Task. Good luck! RhythmsDynamicsDynamics are: how loud or soft the music is, or the volume of the music. TempiTempo is: how fast or slow the music is, or the speed of the music.
So I've only watched Frozen 2 once, but I've listened to the soundtrack at least 8 times. If you've seen it, check out this awesome video of a group called 'Layers' which includes a violinist, cellist and pianist who play through the songs. It's so beautiful to hear the contrast between the violin and the cello. If you listen carefully, you may even notice a phantom drummer. Hi everyone! I hope you're going well, washing your hands regularly and trying not to drive your parents insane ;)
I have started posting my lessons on this blog and will continue to do this into Term 2. You will notice that in the top right column, there is a new tab called 'Learning from Home'. If you click on this, you will see a drop down menu. Click the year you're in and you will see the latest lessons by me. At the moment, if we have two lessons a week, I will put up two lessons a week. If we have one a week, I may put up one a week or I may feel extra generous :) As we move into next term, I may change to putting activities up that you can choose from and ask that you do 10-15 minutes a day or set up specific lessons and tasks. Feel free to comment under the specific lesson post if you have a question for me. All the best and look forward to seeing you when I'm looking at you! Much love, Miss Tran xo Here's a great website for everyone to play some rhythm, melody and instrument music games! They currently have free access if you log in with:
